Unfinished Wood Slide Top Box with Photo Insert~Ready to Paint

This is for a cute wooden slide box with a photo insert.
The outside of the box measures approximately 9" x 7"x 2 1/8 deep. The inside of the box measures approximately 6 1/2 x 8 and 3/8 and is 1 5/8 deep.
The top is really a photo frame with real glass, not plastic. It will hold a 7 x 5 photo. Underneath the top is just like a photo frame with prongs you bend back and open and insert you favorite photo. The box is wonderful for more photos or keepsakes. It is also a great box to store your 5 x 7 photos in.
I have many of these that were passed down from my Grandmother. She kept jewelry in one and post cards in another.
Excellent for a shadow box, once the paper and cardboard are removed and you just leave the glass.
These are very similar and would be just perfect to paint on or decorate.
I also have these in two other sizes, this is the largest size.
