This is an cute irish tea cup covered with shamrocks. It is marked Relpo # 4708. This is made in Japan. Relpo is known for their ladies head vases and pottery. This item is probably dated around 1950. The top edge of the tea cup is a little rough, it is unglazed unlike the cup and saucer. I will include the display holder.
